Its excellent location allows you to walk to the Balcón de Europa, the old town, restaurants, shops, and some of the city’s most popular beaches. The apartment features a cozy living room with Smart TV and Fire Stick, free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a dining area. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, 2 full bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 5 guests. The fifth guest can be accommodated for an additional fee. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay and has access to the terrace and balcony. You will also enjoy a pleasant covered terrace with large windows that can be fully opened, as well as access to a communal garden and swimming pool. Additional amenities include free on-site parking, elevator, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with prior notice, as there is an extra charge. Families with children are welcome. Smoking and parties are not allowed inside. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee and subject to availability. The beach is just 90 meters from the property.
